Decker is a family business and has been in business for 35 years.

The Decker team is comprised of a top level editorial and production staff with over 100 years of experience; an IT team working around the clock and around the world in all modern programming languages and software development methods; and a customer care department that understands and facilitates the immediate needs of health care professionals today.

Jeffrey B Decker

Chief Technology Officer

Jeff joined the Decker team in 2007 in a junior marketing role. In the interim, as the publishing industry experienced sea changes in the digital arena, Jeff has devoted his efforts to technology, software and the internet in professional publishing.

Jeff is now Chief Technology Officer of Decker Intellectual Properties. In this role he oversees development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s applications, infrastructure and publishing platform.

Ryan T Decker

Chief Content Officer

Ryan joined the Company in the Office of the Publisher after graduating from Dalhousie University. His initial work was in editorial development and production management. His passion for educational design and digital product enhancement are applied in the management of online databases Scientific American Medicine and ACS Surgery.

Ryan is now Chief Content Officer, working with Editors and specialty boards to develop innovative content for every aspect of life-long learning. He works closely with residency training programs to develop modern curriculums for future practitioners and educators.
